Your Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Fundraising Officer for Individual Giving, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing telemarketing donor acquisition and retention campaigns
2. Monitoring and evaluating the quality performance of telemarketing fundraising

You will work closely with the Individual Giving Officer, Donor Acquisition Officer, and Donor Retention Officer to develop and supervise various telemarketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, ensuring targets are met, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
