Introduction to Institutional Grants
Explore is inviting universities and research institutions in Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Timor-Leste to apply for institutional grants aimed at promoting gender equity. With grants ranging from USD 15,000 to USD 25,000, these funds will support initiatives focused on tackling structural barriers and improving policies to create a more inclusive academic environment.
Objectives of the Institutional Grants
The primary goal of these institutional grants is to help educational institutions identify and address systemic gender inequalities. This can be achieved through context-specific interventions designed to foster sustainable organizational change. Key objectives include:
- Identifying and analyzing systemic gender barriers in learning and research.
- Strengthening institutional capacity and promoting leadership commitment to gender equity.
- Encouraging collaborations across different departments to foster improved practices.
- Facilitating peer learning and shared reflection within the Explore network.
Application Deadline and Further Information for the Institutional Grants
