Important Dates and Application Guidance

Mark your calendars! Calls for Expressions of Interest (EOI) will open on November 3rd, 2025. It’s essential to complete your organizational profile before submitting your EOI. Applications submitted without both forms may not be eligible for review. We encourage you to prepare in advance to ensure a smooth application process.

Eligibility and Focus Demographics

MLSE Foundation is keen on funding organizations classified as qualified donees by the Canada Revenue Agency. This includes registered charities, athletic associations, and various community organizations. Notably, we prioritize applications that focus on black youth, First Nations, Inuit, and Métis youth, as well as women. Partnerships with trustee organizations can also be leveraged if your organization lacks qualified donee status.
