2025 Nomination Portal Now Open
The VinFuture Foundation has officially opened the nomination portal for the 2025 award season. Researchers and inventors can submit their nominations until the deadline, which is set for 2:00 pm on April 17th, 2025 (Vietnam time, GMT +7). It’s vital for all interested parties to note that any nominations received after this deadline will automatically be considered for the following year.
Awards and Criteria for Nomination
The VinFuture Prizes consist of a grand prize of $3 million, awarded annually for exceptional research and innovations that enhance human life quality and foster a more equitable and sustainable future. In addition, three special prizes of $500,000 each will be allocated to innovators promoting diversity, equity, and new fields of study. The criteria for nomination emphasize practical application, benefitting millions, alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and empirical evidence of scientific merit.
