Welcome to the 32nd Round of Africa Small Grants
We are thrilled to announce that the 32nd round of the Africa Small Grants Programme is now officially open as of October 22, 2025. This grant initiative aims to foster the development of palliative care across Africa, supporting impactful projects that align with our priority areas.
How to Apply for the Grants

All project proposals must comply with the application guidelines, which can be downloaded in the link provided. We highly recommend reading the guidelines document thoroughly to ensure your project meets the necessary criteria.
Important Deadlines and Support
The deadline for submitting proposals is November 30, 2025, at 23:59 EAT. Applicants are to submit their completed forms, along with all required documents, via email at truecolourssmallgrants@africanpalliativecare.org. To assist potential applicants, the African Palliative Care Association will organize a briefing session for those needing additional guidance on the application process. If you would like to register for this session or need further clarification, please contact the programme officer.
Please be aware that we receive a high volume of applications, and while we strive to offer feedback within eight weeks of the closing date, not all proposals may be successful. We thank all applicants in advance for their interest and commitment to advancing palliative care in Africa.
