Fontagro aims to foster innovations that contribute to sustainable increases in agricultural productivity. This call for proposals allows member countries, including Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and others, to collaborate on impactful projects. These innovative approaches are crucial in adapting to changing climate conditions while ensuring food security.
Application Process and Funding Opportunities
Grants of up to US$200,000 are available for projects that can span a duration of up to 36 months. Interested applicants can submit proposals as part of multi-country consortia, featuring public and private organizations at national and international levels. Please note that counterpart contributions are required for each project.
The deadline for preliminary applications, which can be submitted in Spanish, is set for March 30, 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for stakeholders to address agricultural technology innovations and contribute to collective development efforts in the region.
