Kinderpostzegels: Supporting Children’s Opportunities Worldwide

Kinderpostzegels is an organization dedicated to providing equal opportunities for all children around the world. Their supported projects range from enabling access to education, preventing child marriage, supporting foster care, to combatting child labor, and more. If you are interested in submitting an application for support, please scroll down and complete the preliminary application form.

Please note that Kinderpostzegels is currently working on a new program. Once completed, they will communicate about it on their website. Applications that do not align with the new program will not be processed.

In the Netherlands, projects related to Foster Care, Education, or Resilience may be eligible for a subsidy. To view all the projects supported by Kinderpostzegels in the Netherlands, please visit their website. However, please be aware that requests for the construction or renovation of school yards are not accepted. For such applications, Kinderpostzegels recommends contacting Postcode Loterij Buurtfonds, the Healthy Schoolyards initiative, or your province or municipality.

For projects abroad, this organisation only accepts applications from local, non-governmental organizations. This is because they believe it is crucial for solutions to be devised and implemented by the local population. Currently, Kinderpostzegels is active in various countries, including Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, and India. Applications for or from other countries are not eligible for support from the Netherlands Children’s Postage Stamps Foundation. For alternative options, Kinderpostzegels suggests exploring opportunities at Wilde Ganzen.

If you are interested in applying for a subsidy or learning more about the application process, please visit its website and navigate to the subsidy application page.
