Introduction to the 11th Call for Proposals
If you are developing, scaling up, or improving a climate risk insurance product, the 11th call for proposals from the Insuresilience Solutions Fund (ISF) is now open. This is a unique opportunity for institutions or companies, whether private or public, including civil society organizations, to seek financial support in enhancing their climate risk insurance offerings.
Application Details and Important Dates
Interested parties must submit their concept notes for support before the deadline of 7th February 2025 at 23:59 CET. The ISF is offering financial assistance of up to EUR 15,000 alongside advisory support for applicants preparing their concept notes. However, it is crucial to note that only those legally registered in an Official Development Assistance (ODA) country qualify for this funding.
Eligibility and Additional Support
While the call for proposals invites concepts from various sectors, projects in the agricultural sector are specifically mentioned. It is essential to understand that applicants from this sector will not be eligible for the additional preparatory support for concept notes. Institutions showing the potential to meet ISF’s criteria will find a wealth of resources available to assist them in the application process. For guidance and templates necessary for concept note development, submissions must be made by 13th November 2024, 23:59 CET.
