The preferred magnitude for software development efforts is between $5,000 (USD) and $100,000 (USD), although it is not a strict requirement. The magnitude of the users and the potential impact of the software on their lives should be explained in detail.
Grant applications are evaluated quarterly, with deadlines falling on January 26, 2024; April 27, 2024; July 27, 2024; and October 26, 2024. Applicants can expect a response within two weeks of the deadline.
