CapitaLand Community Resilience Initiative 2026 – Funding for Asian NGOs

Strengthening Community Resilience Across Asia

The CapitaLand Community Resilience Initiative (CCRI) is a multi‑year, outcome‑driven resource mobilisation platform designed to strengthen high‑potential non‑profits and scale effective solutions to build community resilience across Asia.

By focusing on children and youth, the Initiative equips the next generation with skills, knowledge, and support systems to thrive in adversity, driving economic growth and ensuring a stronger, more adaptive, and equitable future.

Funding Opportunity – Up to S$4 Million

The second edition of CCRI 2026 will provide funding of up to S$4 million to support non‑profits across Asia. This includes:

Initial mobilisation of S$3.5 million

A new Outcomes Achievement Fund that grantees can unlock upon successful delivery of defined results

Strategic Partners

AVPN – Global Knowledge Partner, enhancing grantee selection through due diligence, outcome monitoring, cross‑regional learning, and capacity building.

Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA) – Ecosystem partner under Temasek Trust, scaling high‑impact solutions through its network.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, organisations must:

  • Be legally registered and operating in target regions
  • Be secular and non‑politically affiliated
  • Have a programme running for at least one year (no pilots)
  • Possess a clear plan with scalability and impact potential
  • Provide two years of audited financial reports
  • Offer volunteer opportunities to Initiative supporters

Not eligible: Organisations on US/EU sanctions lists or blacklisted by UN/international agencies.

Impact Areas – Children and Youth
The Initiative supports programmes with measurable outcomes in:

Early Childhood and Basic Education – Strengthening age‑appropriate cognitive and learning skills

Skills Development – Equipping beneficiaries with technical, vocational, and life skills

Mental Well‑Being – Enhancing socio‑emotional competencies and access to support systems
