The Role of Senior Manager – Fundraising
Based in New Delhi or Mumbai, the Senior Manager of Fundraising will report directly to the Country Director of India with a matrix reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships. This critical role involves leading fundraising and donor engagement efforts while contributing to broader resource mobilization priorities globally. The role offers the unique opportunity to develop and scale fundraising methods that directly impact sight restoration initiatives.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of progressive fundraising experience, with proven capabilities in managing donor relationships and familiarity with India’s CSR ecosystem. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with corporate partners, philanthropic foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Developing compelling proposals and long-term funding partnerships to ensure sustainable programme growth will also be a key focus. With a compensation package between Rs. 20–24 LPA, this position is pivotal to CBP’s mission.
