SAMS is assisting Mobile Creches to recruit a Director – Finance Control & Risk Management, based at its Head Office in New Delhi.
Since 1969, Mobile Creches has been a pioneering Early Childhood Development organisation working to ensure nurturing care, safe childcare spaces, and stronger support systems for marginalized children and working families across India. The organisation works closely with communities, governments, and institutional partners to strengthen childcare systems and improve outcomes for young children through evidence-based and scalable interventions.
This is a critical senior finance leadership role serving as a strategic deputy to the CFO, with strong institution-building, Board-facing, and future finance leadership significance. The role comes at an important phase of organisational growth as Mobile Creches strengthens its multi-state operations, government and donor partnerships, internal controls, and enterprise risk management systems. The incumbent will lead financial controllership, statutory and donor reporting, audits, FCRA and regulatory compliance, enterprise risk frameworks, internal audit systems, programme cost modelling, and finance process standardisation and digitisation.
Applicants should ideally bring 15-18 years of relevant experience across finance, controllership, compliance, audit, risk management, or NGO finance operations. CA-qualified professionals are strongly preferred, though MBA/PGDM Finance candidates with strong experience in financial controllership, FCRA and donor compliance, audit readiness, and NGO finance operations may also be considered.
