SBI Foundation Gram Seva RFP 2026: ₹3–4 Crore for NGOs – apply by 23 October 2026

SBI Foundation Gram Seva RFP 2026 – SBI Foundation has invited proposals from eligible NGOs and non-profit organisations to implement its Gram Seva Integrated Village Development Programme during FY 2026 and FY 2027.

The programme aims to develop model clusters of five neighbouring villages through coordinated interventions in education, healthcare, water and sanitation, livelihoods, women’s empowerment, youth development, digitalisation and environmental management.

Funding and Duration

  • Proposed budget: ₹3 crore to ₹4 crore per proposal.
  • Project duration: Two years.
  • Each organisation may apply for only one district. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.

Eligible Districts

The call covers 17 districts:

Andhra Pradesh: Parvathipuram Manyam; Assam: Dhubri; Bihar: Muzaffarpur; Chhattisgarh: Bijapur; Gujarat: Narmada; Jammu and Kashmir: Baramula; Jharkhand: Dumka; Kerala: Wayanad; Madhya Pradesh: Khandwa (East Nimar); Maharashtra: Gadchiroli; Odisha: Balangir; Punjab: Moga; Rajasthan: Baran; Tamil Nadu: Ramanathapuram; Telangana: Bhoopalapalli (Warangal); Uttar Pradesh: Chitrakoot; Uttarakhand: Udham Singh Nagar.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must meet the detailed RFP requirements, including:

  • A registered non-profit organisation, trust or society registered in the proposed state or headquartered there.
  • At least 10 years of grassroots experience and a minimum three-year presence in the proposed state.
  • Experience across at least five specified rural-development themes.
  • More than five permanent employees on the implementation team.
  • Cumulative revenue of at least ₹5 crore across FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25 and FY 2025–26.
  • At least three board members and compliance with the Foundation’s due-diligence requirements.

Organisations with political or religious associations, those blacklisted by government agencies, and applicants failing mandatory financial or documentation requirements may be rejected. Review the complete RFP before preparing a proposal.
