AKRSP baseline study RFP 2026 -Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) has invited proposals from consulting agencies to conduct an external baseline study for its Watershed Development and Water Resource Management Programme for Water Security and Climate-Resilient Livelihoods in Maharashtra.
The study will cover 40 programme villages across Sakri block in Dhule district and Akkalkuwa block in Nandurbar district, reaching approximately 4,700 tribal farming households.
Scope of Work of AKRSP baseline study RFP 2026
The selected agency will assess existing conditions relating to:
- Water availability and groundwater resources
- Irrigation and agricultural income
- Livelihood opportunities and migration
- Women’s participation in community water governance
The study will establish baseline data against which programme progress and outcomes can be assessed.

Consulting agencies and research organisations with relevant experience in baseline studies, rural development, water resource management and field research may consider applying.
