About the Role
The selected candidate will support the planning and implementation of women-focused livelihood and enterprise development programmes in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas.
The role includes working with women beneficiaries, self-help groups, producer groups, community organisations, implementing partners, government agencies and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement women and livelihood programmes.
Support women-led enterprises, SHGs and producer groups.
Work on skill development, entrepreneurship and income-generation initiatives.
Develop market linkages with buyers, companies and other partners.
Coordinate with communities, NGOs, government departments and other stakeholders.
Monitor programme activities, beneficiary outcomes and project targets.
Prepare MIS, reports, presentations, case studies and programme documentation.
Undertake field visits and support programme implementation.
Eligibility
Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as livelihood development, women empowerment, textile/apparel, handicrafts, rural enterprise development or related sectors.
Experience with SHGs, producer groups, women-led enterprises, livelihood programmes or market-linkage initiatives will be relevant. Candidates should also be willing to undertake field travel within Odisha and project locations.
