About the Resilience Fund
The Resilience Fund supports locally led organisations working to strengthen the health, safety, wellbeing and economic resilience of women connected to global value chains.
The 2026 grant round also recognises the growing impact of climate change on women, workers and communities. The Fund is therefore seeking organisations whose work connects women’s resilience with community-led climate adaptation and global value chains.
Priority Areas
The Fund is seeking organisations working across the following three interconnected areas:
- Women’s health, safety, wellbeing and economic resilience
- Community-led climate adaptation and responses to climate impacts such as heat, flooding, drought and storms
- Rights and wellbeing of women workers, entrepreneurs and communities connected to global value chains
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must generally meet the following requirements:
- Be a formally registered organisation based in and operating in India, Bangladesh, Cambodia or Vietnam
- Be authorised to receive foreign funding
- Be community-based and have established relationships with the communities they serve
- Be women- and/or non-binary-led, with at least 50% of organisational staff being women or non-binary people
- Have experience working across the Fund’s three priority areas

Selected organisations can receive US$15,000 to US$50,000 in flexible, unrestricted funding over two years.
The unrestricted nature of the funding allows supported organisations to use resources according to their organisational and community priorities rather than being limited to narrowly defined project activities.

Phase 1: Organisations submit an initial application providing information about their organisation, work and mission.
Phase 2: Organisations that are longlisted will be invited to complete a second application.
