About the Role
The selected candidate will support a large-scale maternal and child health and nutrition programme involving cash-transfer systems, programme implementation and data intelligence.
The role will involve working with state and national government stakeholders and using data from health, nutrition and Direct Benefit Transfer systems to support programme decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of maternal and child health and nutrition cash schemes.
Strengthen enrolment, verification, approval and disbursement processes.
Develop SOPs, tools and protocols for DBT programme implementation.
Analyse data from health, nutrition and cash-transfer systems.
Develop dashboards, trackers and monitoring tools.
Identify programme gaps and implementation bottlenecks.
Assess cash-transfer coverage, timeliness and effectiveness.
Build the capacity of state, district and frontline teams.
Provide data-driven insights to programme and government stakeholders.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Statistics, Population Studies, Public Administration or a related field.
The position requires 10–13 years of experience in DBT systems, public finance or large-scale government programmes, along with experience in data-driven programme management, analytics and advisory work.
Knowledge of systems such as PFMS, SNA and relevant health and nutrition schemes will be useful.
Contract: The position is initially offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
