DDPI Worldwide Growth & Access Program Grants – DDPI Worldwide has launched the Growth & Access Program (GAP), a small-grants fund designed to expand access to Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Practice (DDP) training and development in emerging and underserved regions.
The programme has an annual funding pool of $20,000 USD and provides one-off grants of up to $5,000 USD per successful application. The programme particularly focuses on the Global South and other regions where financial or geographical barriers limit access to DDP training and professional development.
About the Growth & Access Program
GAP aims to support member-led initiatives that strengthen DDP capacity and create sustainable opportunities for training and practice in underserved regions.
Funding is intended as catalytic support rather than ongoing financial assistance. Projects should contribute to the wider development of the DDP field rather than provide direct financial benefit to individual members.
Grant Categories
Applications can be submitted under one of two categories:
Category A – Sustainable Training Markets and Practitioner Capacity
Supports activities such as participant fee reductions, partial trainer fee subsidies, translation or adaptation of training materials, and seed funding for a first regional training cohort.
Category B – Capacity and Development Projects
Supports initiatives that improve access to DDP, strengthen DDP practice, develop regional capacity and support sustainable growth.
What Can Be Funded?
Examples of eligible activities include:
Translation of DDP materials
Culturally adapted teaching resources
Community access workshops
New regional DDP networks
Accessibility adaptations
Pilot projects expanding DDP access
Training participant fee reductions
Seed funding for regional training cohorts
Applicants must be a current DDPI Worldwide member or an approved Training Provider in good standing and must meet the programme’s ethical and certification requirements.
Who Can Apply?
Applications may be submitted by individual members, member-led groups, DDPI Worldwide committees and special interest groups, regional DDP networks and approved Training Providers for eligible non-commercial projects.

Maximum grant: Up to $5,000 USD per successful application
Application deadline: Applications accepted throughout the year, subject to available funding.
