If you’re ready to make a difference, UNICEF Bulgaria is currently seeking a Fundraising Associate to support the implementation of the Private Sector Plan 2023-2027. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with individual donors, ensuring their continued support and engagement.

Your Responsibilities

As a Fundraising Associate, you will:

  • Support fundraising campaigns and events to acquire and convert individual donors
  • Develop and implement a communication cycle for individual donors, including engagement plans and loyalty programs
  • Coordinate telemarketing and email campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Assist with digital fundraising campaigns
  • Create donor care and communication materials
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual donors and supporters
  • Improve the online supporter experience through optimized donation pages
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the fundraising section

To qualify for this position, you should have a secondary education and at least six years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and communications, with a focus on donor/customer care and support. Fluency in English and Bulgarian is required.
