Supporting Economic Security for Single Mothers Support
Single Mothers Support – The Cause We Care Foundation (CWCF) is dedicated to uplifting single mothers through targeted investments that foster their economic success. By funding innovative programs and initiatives designed for single mothers, CWCF aims to improve their economic security, housing stability, and employment opportunities. For many, access to these resources translates to better financial independence and growth.
Organization applying for a grant must be a registered Canadian charity which is providing direct services to single mothers and/or their children within the BC Lower Mainland.
Applicants must complete a CWCF grant application form and submit it to in**@*********re.org. Application forms can be downloaded here.
Application deadlines are January 31st and June 15th each year.
Building Capacity and Community Support
Single mothers support – Beyond financial stability, the CWCF recognizes the importance of personal development for single mothers. Increasing their capacity through education, mental health services, and robust support networks reduces social isolation. These enhancements not only benefit the mothers but also contribute to a more engaged community within the BC lower mainland, encouraging interactivity and collective support.
Positive Impacts on Children
Children in single mother-led families are uniquely positioned to thrive in an environment that prioritizes their well-being. Programs funded by the CWCF provide improved access to services and opportunities that cater to children’s needs, ensuring they receive the support necessary for a bright future. By investing in single mothers, we are ultimately investing in the next generation.
