Entangled Ecosystems Grant II 2026

Science Gallery Bengaluru, in collaboration with Shared Ecologies, a programme supported by the Shyama Foundation, has announced the second edition of the Entangled Ecosystems Grant. The open call invites Indian artists and artist collectives to develop an original exhibition that explores coexistence through the intersection of art, science and field research.

The programme encourages interdisciplinary collaboration by connecting artists with leading scientific researchers to create innovative public exhibitions that communicate ecological ideas through creative practice.

About the Grant

The Entangled Ecosystems Grant II provides an opportunity for artists to work closely with researchers and scientific knowledge systems while developing an original exhibition for Science Gallery Bengaluru.

For this edition, the selected artist or collective will collaborate with renowned cognitive ethologist Prof. Anindya “Rana” Sinha, exploring themes related to:
